Job summary

Rocket Software Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead a global, AI-forward growth marketing organization. You will shape strategic direction, align ABM, Sales, Product, and marketing functions, and drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue across the enterprise.

You will partner with executives to prioritize high-value growth opportunities, manage a large distributed team, and ensure integrated go-to-market execution that accelerates growth.

Qualifications

• 15 or more years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership.
• Experience leading a large, global growth, demand, revenue, or integrated marketing organization.
• Deep understanding of complex enterprise buying decisions and long sales cycles.
• Experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strategic direction to ABM leaders and executive partnerships with Sales.
• Ability to engage enterprise buyers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI in marketing, including agents and enablement.
• Ability to lead a globally distributed organization through senior leaders.
• Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and relationship-building.
• Ability to turn strategy and data into actionable priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set Rocket Software’s global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a global organization spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing technology.
• Set enterprise priorities and focus resources on high-value opportunities.
• Oversee an integrated growth operating model with clear goals, accountability, and performance measures.
• Advise the executive team on market opportunities, buyer behavior, growth investments, and GTM priorities.
• Develop and empower strong functional leaders within a collaborative global team.
• Position Growth Marketing as a core part of Rocket’s revenue engine with repeatable go-to-market plays.
• Partner with the ABM leader to define repeatable motions and tie programs to growth agenda.
• Collaborate on ICP, segmentation, and activation of priority growth plays with Sales and Product.
• Ensure ABM is grounded in account potential and engagement signals.
• Provide an integrated view of growth drivers to optimize strategy and investments.
• Foster trusted relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product and executive team.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to address growth opportunities and remove barriers.
• Lead strategic projects requiring executive alignment across functions.
• Represent Growth Marketing with recommendations and insights to the executive team.
• Set the vision for an AI-forward Growth Marketing organization and adoption across teams.
• Drive AI enablement with the Marketing AI Center of Excellence and scale high-value use cases.
• Guide AI use to strengthen buyer intelligence, segmentation, and activation.
