Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director of Acquisition Marketing to own our global acquisition strategy, driving profitable new customer growth across DTC, Amazon and retail. The role combines performance data, marketing effectiveness and creative results to optimise investment and outcomes.

You will lead the Acquisition Marketing team, work with Marketing Analytics on incrementality and MMM, and scale our growth engine across markets, reporting to the GM of Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

• Requires deep performance marketing expertise and rigorous measurement approaches.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to interpret data for growth.
• Experience linking brand, media and creative to drive acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own a full-funnel acquisition strategy and performance.
• Connect brand, media and creative to drive incremental acquisition.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics to apply MMM and experimentation insights.
• Build and scale the Acquisition Marketing team, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate across global and local teams to align priorities and execution.
