Big Think Capital seeks a data-driven marketing leader to own digital growth and customer acquisition. You will oversee paid and organic campaigns, SEM, email marketing, and social efforts to drive brand awareness and new customers in a fast-paced finance context.

This hands-on leadership role requires turning data into action, testing creative approaches, and solving problems with measurable ROI. You will partner with sales and leadership to align initiatives with growth goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, fintech/financial services experience preferred.
• Proven track record with paid advertising campaigns and measurable ROI.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of SEM/PPC and social media advertising.
• Data-driven with dashboards, metrics, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and customer acquisition strategy.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search, social, and display.
• Own SEM strategy, keyword strategy, bid management, and budget optimization.
• Lead social media efforts to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Design and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences.
• Build and monitor performance dashboards; test and optimize campaigns.
• Set measurable goals (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) and report on targets.
• Identify new channels, creatives, and audience segments for efficient acquisition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and leadership teams.
• Manage marketing budget across channels to maximize ROI.
• Stay current on financial services marketing trends and compliance.
