Partner with product, engineering, data science, finance, design, lifecycle, and regional teams to connect paid experiences to in-product journeys.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer growth or performance marketing.
• 6+ years leading paid marketing across channels.
• Experience scaling consumer paid programs internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own global paid channel strategy and budgeting.
• Manage significant international investment across markets.
• Optimize the full consumer journey from acquisition to monetization.
• Develop audience, use cases, and creative strategies.
• Partner with regional marketing for markets and launches.
• Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement.
• Collaborate to improve conversion journeys and growth systems.
• Build AI-enabled creative and optimization workflows.
