Job summary

Stable is seeking a Growth Lead to own how we acquire, convert, and expand customers across self-serve and sales-led motions. This senior IC role focuses on the system as a whole, building AI-driven processes to operate like a five-person team while scaling revenue and pipeline.

You will own end-to-end channels, define ICPs with leadership, and drive rapid, data-informed decision-making across paid and organic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing.
• Experience with PLG and sales-assisted motions.
• Owned seven-figure budgets and ROI accountability.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with workflows or agents.
• Strong analytical and editorial skills.
• Experience owning or shaping an SEO program.

Responsibilities

• Own growth targets across self-serve ARR and sales pipeline.
• Define ICPs and create campaigns to win deals with leadership input.
• Build AI-driven systems to scale growth and reduce headcount.
• Own end-to-end channels including paid and organic.
• Measure performance and report learnings to leadership.
• Develop lifecycle strategy from onboarding to win-back.
