Job summary

Chime is seeking a Director of Growth and Acquisition Marketing in San Francisco, CA to lead the full digital acquisition portfolio, including paid social, search, affiliate, YouTube, and mobile/app networks. This leadership role focuses on building teams, prioritizing investments, and delivering growth while developing tomorrow's capabilities with AI-driven approaches.

You will partner across Media Planning, Analytics, Risk, and Finance to align strategy with CAC goals, and you will represent

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-channel digital acquisition or growth organization.
• Track record of owning growth, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Experience managing a significant media portfolio and making prioritization tradeoffs across channels and vendors.
• Leadership blending strategic range with hands-on credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across Chime's full digital acquisition portfolio (paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile/app networks, and emerging channels).
• Make portfolio-level investment and prioritization calls across channels, talent, technology, and vendor partnerships.
• Lead and develop a team of experienced channel managers as a true player-coach.
• Build new acquisition channels, partnerships, or technology-enabled growth motions.
• Stay plugged into the external digital ecosystem to identify opportunities and bring new capability into Chime.
• Push the organization to rebuild how it works around AI in marketing and measurement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Media Planning/MMM, Growth Product Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Finance.
• Represent Digital Acquisition in senior leadership forums and translate channel performance into business outcomes.
