Job summary

IONOS is seeking a senior performance/growth marketer to own US CAC and inflow, from ad creative through conversion, across channels. You’ll build new channels, lead daily optimization loops, and coach junior teammates in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment.

You’ll blend analytical rigor with creative testing, owning the full funnel from ad unit to landing pages and offers while collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally DTC/eCommerce or affiliate.
• Owned a paid budget and measured on efficiency.
• Experience with AI/LLMs for creative and analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own CAC and inflow, optimizing the end-to-end ad unit to conversion loop.
• Build and scale new channels (TikTok, Meta, IG, YouTube, podcast, CTV, creator/affiliate).
• Drive AI-first production and analysis with daily optimization loops.
