Job summary

Innophos is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to manage reconciliation and analysis of General Ledger accounts for the US and international operations. The role requires strong understanding of Innophos’ financial policies and ensuring compliance with external requirements.

Located at our Cranbury, NJ corporate office, this hybrid role offers 3 days in office and 2 days remote. You will collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to support finance initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required or equivalent.
• CPA preferred or in-progress accreditation.
• 3–5 years of financial accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close activities with account analysis and journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Own reconciliation of prepaids, accruals, payroll, AR and AP; coordinate with auditors and provide supporting schedules.
• Prepare and file sales tax calculations for multi-state and international requirements.
• Manage payment processing for international operations and liaise with local finance teams.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Tax and Operations to support finance initiatives.
