The ideal candidate brings extensive accounting experience, a solid understanding of US GAAP, and proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, with reconciliations and schedules.
• Experience with ERP systems and general ledger/subledger transactions.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-department collaboration.
• Hands-on leadership style with accountability and judgment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate monthly and year-end close activities and markups.
• Review staff cash reporting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and LeafGuard-related activity.
• Oversee payroll accounting, commissions, and vendor payments.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders for analysis and audits.
• Provide guidance to accounting staff and reinforce internal controls.
• Identify improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
