Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to drive GBS strategy, operating model design, and performance improvements across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain. You will lead engagements with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders at multinational clients to deliver measurable impact.

You will also contribute to practice development, think strategically about market opportunities, and mentor talents while advancing AI-enabled and automation-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) and about 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree with about 7 years of experience.
• Experience delivering advisory services in finance function with focus on operating models, performance management, and outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale finance transformation and ERP implementations preferred.
• Strong leadership, engagement management, and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Guide cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver transformation programs.
• Drive transitions, migrations, and change management across global delivery networks.
