Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will drive GBS strategy, operating model design, and transformation programs while guiding cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

You will shape practice development, contribute to go-to-market efforts, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact client outcomes across industries, leveraging digital capabilities and AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience.
Approximately 5 years of advisory experience in the finance function (design, performance, shared services, outsourcing).
Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations preferred.
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance.
Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders.
Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable assets.
Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
Manage day-to-day project delivery, budgets, and client satisfaction.
