Job summary

EY seeks a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain, shaping operating models and driving transformation with global delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to sector-focused offerings and thought leadership.

You will also play a key role in practice development, client management, and market-facing initiatives, with visibility across industries and a mature hybrid

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing advisory services in finance transformation and shared services.
• Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics and business development.
• Experience with large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across defined areas.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable assets.
