Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to guide client engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will shape operating models, drive performance improvement, and lead cross-functional teams with C-suite stakeholders to deliver value for multinational clients.

You will also contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, sector offerings, and talent development, with substantial visibility across industries and a collaborative, hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience in advisory services
• Approximately 8 years in advisory services in finance function focused on operating model, performance management, shared services, outsourcing
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive levels and drive delivery quality, timeliness and satisfaction
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple domains (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain)
• Design end-state GBS models and roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals
• Mentor and develop team members and contribute to recruitment and capability building
