Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology for large, multinational clients. You will lead engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and contribute to go-to-market strategy and thought leadership.

You will collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, drive performance improvements, and embed AI/RPA into GBS operations while mentoring teams and developing sector-specific offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related work experience; or a Master's degree with ~7 years of related experience.
• Experience advising on finance transformation, shared services design, outsourcing
• Experience leading large-scale projects and managing engagement economics
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Drive cross-functional transformation programs integrating automation, analytics, and workflow technologies.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and contribute to proposals and market-facing initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Represent the practice in executive workshops and industry forums.
