Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects in cross-functional areas.
• Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior stakeholders to deliver results.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives; mentor and develop team members.
