EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain, shaping GBS operating models for large, multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of advisory or consulting experience, or a Master's with 7+ years.
• Experience in finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing advisory or ERP implementations.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients in GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive practice development, proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives.
• Mentor and coach teams, oversee recruitment and capability building.
