Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, procurement, and technology. You will lead engagements, drive transformation programs, and guide cross-functional teams with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

You will contribute to go-to-market strategies, sector offerings, and talent development, while advancing thought leadership and governance frameworks across global delivery networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in providing advisory services in finance function areas such as operating model design, performance management, shared services design, and outsourcing.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred.
• Ability to manage engagement economics, business development, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focused on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple processes and sectors.
• Mentor and coach teams while supporting recruitment and capability building.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives and lead thought leadership.
