Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology, shaping GBS operating models for large multinational clients. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, partner with C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to practice development with sector-focused offerings and reusable assets.

In this role you will drive GBS transformation programs, embed AI and analytics, manage client expectations, and lead thought leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience.
• ~8 years of advisory services in finance function focused in areas like operating model design, performance management, shared services design/implementations, outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and large multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects.
• Design end-state GBS models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Operations.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, service catalogs, and organizational structures.
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs, dashboards, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
