Job summary

EY’s Global Business Services (GBS) Senior Manager will lead engagements across Finance, HR, IT, and procurement, shaping operating models and performance improvements for domestic and multinational clients.

You'll guide cross-functional teams, drive sales and practice development, and mentor staff while delivering high-impact GBS transformations with AI, automation, and analytics, in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with related work experience in advisory services
• Experience in finance transformation, shared services design, or outsourcing advisory
• CPA preferred as an additional certification

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Manage cross-functional teams, guide executive stakeholders, and drive delivery of GBS transformation programs.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives.
• Facilitate executive workshops and steering committees to support strategic decisions
