Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across domestic and multinational clients, focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and bring deep expertise in shared services, outsourcing, process optimization, and digital capabilities. This role also involves practice development and thought leadership in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
• Approximately 5 years of advisory experience in finance function areas: operating model design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing advisory
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformations/ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and sales activities across domestic and multinational clients
• Guide cross-functional teams and mentor staff to deliver high-impact GBS programs
• Design end-state GBS operating models and roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals
• Embed AI, RPA, data platforms, and analytics into GBS operations
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets
