Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, shaping GBS strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and drive shared services and outsourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience
• Master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
• Experience in providing advisory services in finance function areas e.g. design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and large multi-national companies focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and contribute to practice development and go-to-market activities
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs and dashboards
