Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and bring deep expertise across shared services, outsourcing, and digital enablement.

You will also contribute to practice development, go-to-market strategy, sector offerings, and talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience advising in the finance function focused on operating model design, performance management, shared services design and outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain.
• Coach and develop team members; contribute to proposals and market-facing initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members while supporting recruitment and capability building.
