Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements and shape GBS strategy across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, interact with C-suite stakeholders, and drive value through process optimization and digital-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience (or a master's degree with ~7 years)
• Experience in providing advisory services in finance transformation and shared services design
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation/ERP implementations
• Experience managing teams, engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies in GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple areas (finance, HR, IT, procurement, supply chain)
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and contribute to practice development and thought leadership
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensure quality, timeliness and client satisfaction
