Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related work experience.
Master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
About 5 years of advisory services in the finance function (design, performance, outsourcing).
Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations.
Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients in GBS.
Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain).
Coach and develop high-performing teams and contribute to practice development.
Partner with digital and technology teams to embed AI, RPA, and data platforms into GBS.
Manage day-to-day project delivery and client satisfaction.
