Qualifications

• 8+ years of advisory experience in the finance function or related areas.
• Experience leading large-scale finance transformation and ERP implementations preferred.
• Proven ability to manage engagement economics, teams and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies in GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and deliver high-impact client service.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects including automation and analytics.
• Mentor teams, contribute to proposals, and drive practice development and thought leadership.
