Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain. You will guide cross-functional teams, work with C-suite stakeholders, and shape how clients optimize shared services and outsourcing models.

The role emphasizes practice development, go-to-market activity, and sector-focused offerings. You will drive multi-process transformations, embed AI/RPA and analytics, and manage client engagements to deliver measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~6 years of related work experience; or Master's degree and ~5 years
• 5+ years of advisory services in the finance function (finance operating model, performance management, shared services, outsourcing)
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies in GBS strategy and operating model design
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across functions
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable assets
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to recruitment and capability building
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits and market-facing initiatives
