Job summary

EY in the United States is hiring a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, procurement and IT for multinational clients. You will lead engagements at executive level and drive cross-functional transformation programs delivering measurable value.

You’ll develop sector-focused offerings, mentor teams, contribute to proposals and go-to-market activities, and partner with digital teams to embed AI, RPA, and analytics into GBS operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related work experience; or a master’s degree with 7+ years of related work experience.
• 8+ years of advisory services experience in the finance function focusing on at least one of: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design/implementations, outsourcing advisory.
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, service catalogs, and organizational structures.
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs and dashboards; drive continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional GBS transformation programs with automation, analytics, and workflow technologies.
• Mentor and coach teams; contribute to proposals, pursuits and market-facing initiatives.
