Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements in GBS strategy, operating model design, and transformation across finance, HR, procurement and IT. You will guide cross-functional teams, work with C-suite stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence on large-scale transformation programs.

You will also contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex issues for executives and diverse teams.
• Experience leading consulting engagements, managing budgets and delivery timelines.
• Ability to sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to deliver value.
• Develop sector-focused GBS and outsourcing offerings and reusable transformation assets.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
