Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, and shape GBS operating models and transformation roadmaps for large clients.

The role emphasizes practice development, go-to-market activities, and thought leadership, with opportunities to influence programs across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 5 years of advisory experience in finance functions including design, performance management, shared services or outsourcing
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
• Experience with large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations is preferred
• CPA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with domestic and multinational companies across GBS strategy and operating models
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects including process automation and analytics
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing offerings and reusable assets
• Mentor and coach teams and support capability building
• Manage client workshops, steering committees, and executive reviews
