Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape GBS operating models, and drive performance improvements for large multinational clients.

You will also contribute to practice development, go-to-market strategies and sector-focused offerings, with opportunities to mentor and develop talent within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience, or master's with ~7 years.
• Experience in advisory services in the finance function including design, performance management, shared services and outsourcing.
• Experience leading large Finance Transformations and ERP implementations.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients with GBS focus.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple areas.
• Drive cross-functional transformation programs integrating automation, analytics and workflow tech (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, risk, quality and client satisfaction.
• Mentor teams, contribute to thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.
