Job summary

Vantage Bank seeks a Global Services Sales Manager to lead sales for Global Services, supervise FX Bankers, and drive new business development with Commercial, Relationship, and Lending teams.

The role expands international opportunities, presents solutions, and manages a robust sales pipeline; frequent travel within the US and to Mexico is expected to engage prospects and implement platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 5+ years banking experience with international clientele.
• 3 years dealing with foreign currency markets and derivatives.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong computer skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Represents Vantage Bank and Global Solutions in currency exchange, forwards and derivatives, hedge products, FX credit lines and international trade letters of credit.
• Partners with the organization to build opportunities for Global Services solutions and depository business.
• Achieves annual sales metrics for new business, revenue growth, client retention and profitability.
• Manages and maintains an accurate sales pipeline.
• Travel within the US and Mexico for prospects and system implementation.
• Mentor FX Bankers and contribute to product development with market feedback.
• Maintain compliance with Bank policies, BSA/CIP/OFAC.
