Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks an SVP, Senior Foreign Exchange Advisor to lead and expand cross-border FX services for corporate clients. You will originate FX business, develop hedging programs, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to deepen client engagement.

You will also drive education on risk management, facilitate international payments, and contribute to analytics and product partnerships to deliver integrated FX solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of FX, corporate banking, or related experience.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Experience with Reuters or Bloomberg preferred.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• CFA preferred. Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Originate, own, and grow FX business through internal partnerships.
• Assess eligibility and risk objectives to tailor FX solutions.
• Lead client discovery, identify FX exposures, and align hedging needs.
• Conduct portfolio reviews to identify FX risk and opportunities.
