Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York seeks a Vice President to lead FX Execution Services client-facing product solutions, supporting the Autobahn platform and global clients. You will manage client relationships, solve execution and connectivity issues, and collaborate with Sales, Trading and Technology on product delivery.

Hybrid work model with focus on risk, trade support, and client experience. Strong FX product knowledge and Excel skills are beneficial for daily operations and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in FX client services or related finance trading support.
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience with trade support, pricing, order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client service - develop and manage relationships with external clients and vendors, supporting and solving for their FX service and execution needs.
• Partner with global teams, sharing knowledge, building relationships, and putting client experience at the forefront.
• First line pre & post trade investigation & issue resolution; Trade requests, Pricing, Order management queries.
• Outage management - work with IT to restore connectivity or provide alternate client execution methods.
• Risk management - manage incidental trade, client, credit, market and operational risk from eFX trading activity; monitor trading flow for DMA and algoTrading.
• Product management - support development and implementation of new products/platform to service clients; facilitate growth of e-business.
• Stakeholder management - focus on client service, manage relationships FX Sales and Trading, collaborate with Technology.
