U.S. Bank is seeking an FX Business Development Officer to drive growth across Consumer Banking, Emerging and Affluent Wealth, Small Business Banking, and Business Banking client segments.

You will build a pipeline of foreign exchange opportunities, work with branch managers and partners, and help expand cross-border payment solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Foreign Exchange, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Business Banking, Retail Banking, or Financial Services sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new FX opportunities across Consumer, Wealth, Small Business, and Business Banking segments.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients with cross-border payment, foreign currency, and international banking needs.
• Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and sales presentations with senior FX sales professionals.
• Support foreign exchange transactions, onboarding activities, product implementation, and trade readiness efforts.
• Build relationships with branch leadership, wealth advisors, and treasury partners to expand FX capabilities.
