Job summary

Formlabs is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst in Somerville, MA to own and scale NetSuite-based fulfillment workflows across our global operations. You will automate manual processes, maintain key dashboards in Looker, and drive data-driven decisions for order fulfillment.

You will collaborate with the warehouse, systems, and finance teams to ensure accurate data flows between NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL partners, and you'll translate business needs into concrete technical requirements while

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in operations or business systems with a technical focus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• NetSuite Admin Certification with experience across WMS, Inventory, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Finance & Accounting.
• SQL (BigQuery) with ability to connect to Google Sheets for reporting.
• Basic Python/JavaScript; strong Google Workspace and Excel skills.
• Understand EDI messages and system integrations with data integrity.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and English communication.
• Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite operations capabilities and automate processes for scalable workflows.
• Manage warehouse integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL partners; ensure data consistency.
• Own fulfillment dashboards in Looker and keep them robust and automated.
• Move from manual reporting to live automated tracking using BigQuery, NetSuite, and carrier data.
• Execute projects from the global roadmap and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Collaborate with the global Customer Fulfillment team, wider Global Operations, technical systems teams, and leadership.
