Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Finance Systems Engineer to design, build, and operate the finance stack including NetSuite and Coupa. You will automate data flows, ensure secure access, and own reconciliations and reporting pipelines across procurement, invoicing, and GL processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on scripting, integrations, and privileged administration to maintain a compliant, efficient source of truth for financial data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript development and administration).
• Proven ability to manage system integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
• Strong SQL and reporting/data-warehouse understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and maintain NetSuite, Coupa, and related financial systems.
• Automate reconciliations, data syncs, and reporting pipelines.
• Administer day-to-day system health, provisioning, and security controls.
• Write SQL and saved searches to power finance reporting.
