Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to own daily order flow and ensure orders sync between Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL warehouse management systems.

You will resolve exceptions, coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL, support returns and reverse logistics, and provide real-time updates to our Customer Success team for high‑priority orders. Equity in compensation is offered as RSUs, with base pay determined by skills, location and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift hourly.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to both internal teams and external 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily monitoring of regional order flows, ensuring orders sync between Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL warehouse systems.
• Oversee the resolution of order exceptions (address validation errors, stockouts, SKU mismatches) to prevent delays.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist in weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and digital records.
• Provide real-time updates on high-priority orders, transit delays, or regional delivery disruptions to Customer Success.
