Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Finance Systems Engineer to design, develop, and operate integrations across NetSuite, Coupa, and related financial systems in Somerville, MA. You will automate reconciliations, build data flows, and ensure system health and security while owning configuration and access controls.

The role requires hands-on SuiteScript development, strong SQL, and experience with APIs or middleware tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance systems engineering, ERP administration, or integrations.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Coupa (SuiteScript development and administration).
• Proven ability to manage system integrations using APIs and/or middleware tools.
• Ability to write SQL from scratch and work with reporting/data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship customizations and integrations across NetSuite, Coupa, and related financial systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with Shopify, Salesforce, the data warehouse, and middleware/iPaaS using REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks.
• Automate reconciliations and reporting pipelines to ensure data consistency across platforms.
