Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to manage daily regional order flows, coordinate with Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL partners, and ensure on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash cycles and warehouse operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily monitoring of regional order flows; sync between Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL.
• Oversee resolution of order exceptions to prevent delays.
• Direct coordination of daily carrier pickups with FedEx/UPS/DHL.
• Implement inventory reconciliation tasks with weekly counts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for real-time updates on high-priority orders.
• Drive shipping accuracy by auditing outbound packaging and labels.
• Analyze daily fulfillment reports to identify aging orders; escalate bottlenecks.
• Support regional returns and reverse logistics; restock or dispose.
• Act as primary contact for resolving sync errors within 24 hours.
