Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to monitor regional order flows and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time shipping. You will resolve order sync issues across Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL systems and work with Customer Success to provide real-time updates.

You will support inventory reconciliation, regional returns, and ensure documentation meets carrier requirements, driving accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with order-to-cash cycles and basic warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with internal teams and 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily monitoring of regional order flows and ensure Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL systems sync.
• Resolve order exceptions to prevent shipping delays.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Assist in weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Provide real-time updates on high-priority orders and delays.
• Ensure outbound shipping accuracy and carrier-compliant labels.
• Identify aging orders and escalate processing bottlenecks.
• Support regional returns and reverse logistics processes.
• Resolve sync errors within 24 hours.
