Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator in Somerville, MA to own regional order flow monitoring, resolve sync issues, and coordinate daily carrier pickups with major couriers. You will work across Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL systems to keep orders moving and minimize friction for customers.

A Bachelor’s in a related field and 1–3 years in logistics are preferred. This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with Customer Success to provide timely order

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash and basic warehouse ops.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily monitoring of regional order flows, ensuring Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL systems sync correctly.
• Oversee resolution of order exceptions to prevent delays and friction.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist in weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and records.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to provide real-time updates on high-priority orders.
• Audit outbound packaging and labeling for regional compliance and carrier requirements.
• Analyze fulfillment reports to identify aging orders and escalate bottlenecks.
• Support regional returns and reverse logistics, processing and restocking or disposal as needed.
• Resolve sync errors and clear stuck orders within 24 hours.
