Job description

Do you want to change how the world creates? At Formlabs, we’re building the tools that make it possible for anyone to bring their ideas to life, from cutting-edge products to life‑saving medical devices. Our 3D printing technology powers innovation at more than 50,000 industry leaders worldwide, including Apple, Google, Tesla, New Balance, and NASA. Together, we’re helping everyone design, prototype, and manufacture faster than ever before.

We’re a team of hands‑on builders, engineers, and innovators reinventing how the world makes physical things. If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.

Our Global Operations team makes sure that our products can be enjoyed by thousands of people around the world. If you have a passion for operations, data, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑paced environment, we want you to join us as our Operations Systems Analyst, Netsuite. Your role will be to further develop our systems ensuring a positive customer order Fulfillment process.

The Job

You are the change‑enabler for the Customer Fulfillment team and its dedicated technical partner. You own our operations NetSuite capabilities, automate manual processes, define requirements for new tools, and implement them into our daily workflows so the team can scale sustainably.

You take a growing role in our warehouse integrations, working with our systems team to keep data flowing cleanly between NetSuite, Shopify, and our 3PL partners. You help identify and resolve discrepancies between physical 3PL stock and system inventory records.

You own key fulfillment dashboards in Looker, including inventory and lead time reporting. This means managing them day to day and rebuilding them on more robust, automated foundations as our needs grow.

You help move the team from manual reporting to live, automated tracking of performance metrics like order‑to‑delivery time and on‑time delivery, pulling together data from BigQuery, NetSuite, and carrier sources.

You execute projects from our global roadmap and bring your own ideas for improvement. You represent Customer Fulfillment in wider systems meetings and solution design projects, translating our needs into clear requirements.

You work closely with the global Customer Fulfillment team, the wider Global Operations team, technical systems teams, and company leadership. The role has real room to grow and can be shaped around your strengths and interests.

You:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in operations systems, business systems, or a similar technical role, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • NetSuite Admin Certification and experience across Warehouse Management, Inventory, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Finance & Accounting. You can build and optimize workflows, saved searches, and reports, and implement scripts as well as make modifications to the ERP production infrastructure.
  • SQL skills, ideally in BigQuery, including connecting BigQuery to Google Sheets to deliver reporting. Basic proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, plus strong Google Workspace and Excel skills.
  • Understand the EDI messages exchanged between ERP, WMS, and 3PL systems (e.g., purchase orders, ASNs, shipment confirmations, inventory advice) and have supported system integrations while maintaining high standards for data integrity.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and translate business needs into technical requirements and SOPs, with clear, professional communication in English.
  • Work autonomously, own projects end to end, and manage competing priorities across time zones.
Bonus Skills:
  • Background in global logistics, fulfillment, or with a third‑party logistics provider, including familiarity with carrier management, order routing, international shipping, and on‑time delivery performance.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteScript, Google Apps Script, or Shopify’s API, using tools like GitHub and Visual Studio Code, and a track record of using AI tools to automate real workflows.
  • Comfort building dashboards in Looker, ideally in a fast‑growing or startup environment.
Our Perks & Benefits:
  • Robust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Low cost fund options in our 401K and access to advisors
  • Generous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)
  • Tenure‑based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)
  • Flexible Out of Office Plan – Take time when you need it
  • Ample free on‑site parking & pre‑tax commuter benefits
  • Healthy on‑site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treats
  • Regular sponsored professional development opportunities
  • Many opt‑in culture events across our diverse community
  • And of course… unlimited 3D prints
Compensation

You’ll have the opportunity to share financially in the value we create together, with a shared incentive to build a business that succeeds over the long term. Equity will be a significant portion of your total compensation, and will increase over time in proportion to your impact.
  • Base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization.
