Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing, is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to own NetSuite capabilities for Customer Fulfillment. You will automate processes, manage warehouse data flows with 3PL partners, and maintain Looker dashboards for inventory and lead times.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborate across Global Operations, systems teams, and leadership, and help scale our data-driven fulfillment operations globally.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• NetSuite Admin Certification or equivalent experience in ERP/WMS
• Strong SQL (BigQuery) and data integration skills
• Proficient in Python/JavaScript and Google Workspace tools
• Experience translating business needs into technical specs and SOPs
• Excellent written and spoken English communication across time zones

Mansioni

• Own NetSuite capabilities for Customer Fulfillment and automate processes.
• Integrate data flows between NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL partners.
• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards for inventory and lead times.
• Move reporting toward live automated tracking of key metrics.
