Job summary

Forward Air Corporation seeks an International Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international freight across air, ocean, and ground modes. You will coordinate with customers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely shipments from origin to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with CargoWise One or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in logistics preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese helpful.
• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or related field preferred.
• Experience with CW1 or similar logistics software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight across air, ocean, and ground modes.
• Support shipment lifecycle from initiation through customs clearance and delivery.
• Maintain shipment records and accurate documentation in TMS/ERP systems.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal teams; monitor milestones.
