Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret shipment data, identify trends, and solve logistics and supply chain issues.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact clearly with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, handle escalations professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Inventory Management experience to track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support accurate order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, including international trade, transportation modes, and customs regulations.
• Prior experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export operations is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, and common office tools (e.g., Magaya, CargoWise, Excel, Word, email platforms).
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Conversational or fluent Spanish or other languages is beneficial for working with international customers and partners.
