Job summary

CSA Global Logistics is seeking a motivated Customer Service Admin to join our Miami operations. You will coordinate multimodal shipments, with a strong emphasis on ocean freight, monitor progress, and resolve delays while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with carriers, port operators, customs brokers, and internal teams to provide timely updates and exceptional customer service. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus strong Excel skills, are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Or at least 1 year of relevant logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customer service experience.
• Ocean freight forwarding experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multimodal shipments with emphasis on ocean freight.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with carriers, port operators, customs brokers, and partners for seamless execution.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation in compliance with trade regulations.
• Provide updates to customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain data in Cargoo TMS and Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Support carrier management and optimize service and costs.
• Collaborate with sales, trading, finance, and logistics teams for operational excellence.
