Job summary

TalentHop is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead finance efforts for the Fraud & Security Solutions unit. You will deliver global reporting, analysis, and forecasting to enable strategic decisions by senior leaders.

Responsibilities include budgets, forecasts, bookings analysis, and collaboration with HR and supply chain. You will drive alignment of financial processes with product roadmaps and manage headcount planning, commissions, and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance or accounting with FP&A support to senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the FSS unit.
• Prepare weekly bookings forecasts linked to active deals.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts with budget owners.
• Analyze monthly results versus budgets and coordinate corrective entries.
• Communicate findings to budget owners and leadership.
• Collaborate with product roadmaps and supply chain on financial impacts.
• Manage headcount forecasts and hiring plans with HR.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses for commissions; process monthly payments.
