Job summary

Calabrio is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to be the primary finance partner for the Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS) business unit. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver global financial reporting and analysis to drive strategic decisions, including forecasts, budgets, and monthly results.

You will prepare weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, analyze variances, support BU strategy, manage headcount planning, and coordinate commissions analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with 4+ years FP&A experience with key decision-makers.
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work beyond normal business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals; present to senior leadership.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for global FP&A; collaborate with budget owners.
• Analyze actual results vs budgets; coordinate with global accounting to record corrections.
• Align BU roadmap with financial processes and BU strategy.
• Collaborate with supply chain to identify forecast impacts and future budgets.
• Review inventory on hand and identify reserves for obsolescence or slow-moving items.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and leaders.
• Prepare annual bookings and quota analysis to support commissions.
• Calculate monthly commissions for FSS employees and submit to payroll.
• Complete ad hoc analyses as required.
