Xplor seeks a Senior Director FP&A in the United States to lead forecasting, planning and analytics across a global organization. You will drive long-range planning, quarterly forecasts and executive reporting, partnering with the CFO and senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.

The role requires a strong track record in FP&A leadership, complex financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to mentor a high-performing team and scale finance processes globally.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A with increasing responsibility and leadership across multiple finance functions.
• Experience with ERP tools and FP&A planning tools; NetSuite and OneStream preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with track record of high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams and partnering with executives.

Aufgaben

• Oversee annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly close and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast performance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and executive reports for CFO and Board.
• Lead financial analysis of business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Translate company and external industry data into insights for decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Drive process improvements in reporting, planning and analysis.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team.
