Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks a Sr. Director FP&A to lead forecasting, planning, and strategic analytics. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will manage financial models, executive reporting, and cross-functional partnerships with CFO and senior leaders.

You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a global company, mentor a high-performing FP&A team, and drive improvements in reporting and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A with increasing responsibility
• Experience building predictive models and analytics for business planning
• Strong partnering with business leaders to forecast and drive financial goals
• ERP/FP&A tool experience; NetSuite and/or OneStream preferred
• Leadership development or prior senior team coaching is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or quantitative field required

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual and long-term planning processes, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze performance and forecast future results
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead financial analysis of business decisions and provide recommendations to the Head of FP&A and CFO
• Translate operating results into executive-level insights for leader review
• Leverage FP&A infrastructure to provide strategic insights and drive decisions
• Partner with business leaders to implement strategies that achieve financial goals
• Analyze KPIs and support external financial reporting requirements
• Prepare executive presentations for C-level and Board discussions
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning and analysis processes
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team to grow capabilities and impact
